On the ground floor there is room with boiler on pellets. The heating system is underfloor type.
There are thermal insulation and solar system too.

The window`s frames are PVC.

The furniture is "country" style.

In the garden there are pool in construction, decorative lakes, parking and outbuilding.

The house is 100 m from the main street of the village and 700 m from the shore.
