We offer a two-story brick house with an undisguised sea and city view.

On the first floor there is a spacious and bright living area of about 40 m2, a large veranda with a barbecue of 20 m2 and service rooms.
On the second floor there are two bedrooms with two bathrooms and toilets, both bedrooms have a terrace with a magnificent view.
the house has very good internal and external insulation, high-class wooden windows with Energy glazing.
The house is very warm - all rooms face south.
The heating is on a fireplace with air ducts, and there is also a large and economical hyperinventory air conditioner.
In the gaden there is a rock garden, a lake with fish and water lilies. There are several banana and coconut palms, mimosa, jasmine, bamboo, Japanese lilac, red Japanese ash, several types of trailing and fragrant roses, asma with dessert varieties of grapes, citrus trees and exotic bushes. there is also a children's playground with a swing and a slide.
