The population is about 200 people. Altitude - 272 m. Terrain is flat and the climate is temperate continental with four distinct seasons.

The village has a town hall, community center, church, shops, cafe, gas station. 2 km from the village is built multipurpose center for rural tourism created in 2007.
There is a regular bus service to the town of Dobrich and Varna several times a day.
