Pirin village is located about 2 km from the main road leading from Sandanski to Gotse Delchev through the southern part of the Pirin mountain. It is located 30 km from the town of Gotse Delchev and about 200 km from Sofia. The village is located in a valley along the Pirinska Bistritsa River.

Pirin village has a rich history and a rich cultural life in the past, it was one of the large villages in the middle of the last century, and now its population is about 110 people. During the summer season it is a preferred destination for tourism.

The house that we offer you is located on a plot of 128 sq.m., as the size of the property is completely typical for such mountain villages.

A building with an area of 58 sq.m. has been built on it, on two levels.

The lower level, which is at an elevation of 0 meters, has stone walls, and inside part of the restoration work has been completed. Drinking water, sewerage, replaced electrical cables have been installed. The second level of the house needs a complete renovation.

The house is located on the end street of the village, on a hill, thanks to which it has an incredible view.
