Refurbished country house with annex, garage, barn and private land situated in a quiet village near a forest, fields and a lake, 45 km away from Vratsa, Bulgaria.

The main building has two floors connected via internal wooden staircase. The ground level holds a corridor, a living room and a dining room. Over the stairs is the second floor which has a terrace and two spacious bedrooms. The annex consists of a corridor, kitchenette and a bathroom with a toilet. Next to it is the barn which has two storage premises downstairs.

The house received some repairs and improvements - all external doors and windows have been replaced with new PVC double-glazed ones, the walls and ceilings inside have been replastered, new lights have been fitted in most of the rooms.

Further into the yard is the driveway with a parking space for two vehicles, a couple of small farm buildings and the garden. The main piece of land is located on the back side of the property while near the house is a small flower garden.

The house is situated on a quiet side street 100 meters away from the village center, the mayor's office, a shop and the forest. Most of the houses around are empty so plenty of peace is guaranteed. The village is about 20-25 minutes away from three towns where you can go shopping, visit a doctor or dentist, go to school or get a bus or train to Sofia.
