Solid villa with plot of land, swimming pool and great panoramic views situated in the outskirts of a quiet village just one hour away from Sofia, Bulgaria. The property is located in a forest area at the foot of the mountains just five minutes away by car from train stop, famous tourist sites, nature park, shops, bar, post office, etc.
The villa has two floors connected via solid internal staircase made of marble and natural stone. The ground level holds porch, spacious living room with fireplace, kitchenette, shower room with toilet. The second floor holds corridor, master bedroom with terrace and another bedroom. The house was built in the late 1970s and was inhabited until about 2-3 years ago. Now it is being used seasonally mainly from spring until autumn. The rest of the land is situated in the upper section and holds another small storage building, children playground and a few fruit trees. The property has running electricity and is using water from its own water source – a fresh water well. It is possible also to connect the place to the local water supply pipelines as this was discussed with the Local Water Supply Company and there is an approval for that. The area is very quiet as there are only a couple of properties around. At the same time the villa is just 200 meters away from the main road.
From the property one can enjoy great views towards the near mountain range, the village, the valley and the surrounding area. The villa is located in close proximity to several tourist sites such as nature park, big river and spots for fishing, two monasteries, historical and natural landmarks, mountain trails, hiking routes, etc. The national capital city Sofia is about 70 km away from here and can be reached by car or train for between 60 to 90 minutes depending on the traffic or the type of train you get on. The regional capital city Vratsa is just 10 km away from here and at the same distance is the seat of the local council – the town of Mezdra.
