Old brick house in the village Zasmyano with a gross floor area of 80 square meters. The house is in a beautiful Bulgarian village, 35 km west of Varna and 3 kilometers from the lake with a developed sport fishing. From the yard and the house has beautiful panorama of the surrounding hills and lake.

The house has two separate entrances. From the first entrance is entering in to a corridor and a kitchen. From the second is entering into the entrance hallway, two bedrooms, closet.

The yard is 3000 square meters and is divided in two. The part in front of the house is cultivated and has many fruit trees. The part behind the house is planted with alfalfa. The house has several outbuildings.
