The new property that we present to your attention is located in a middle ? sized village which is just 92 km from the town of Plovdiv ? it is the second largest city in Bulgaria, famous for its cultural traditions and ancient history. One of the famous winter ski resorts Pamporovo stands at the distance of 59 km.

The property consists of a stone built house spread over the area of 112 sq. m., an outbuilding (a stone built one ? 30 sq.m ) and a wonderful big garden vast 2050 sq. m.
Ground floor: The rooms on this floor are two. They are connected by a large corridor. The walls are made of stones. The ceilings and the frames of the windows are wooden.

First floor: There is an external staircase that leads to this floor. There are four rooms and a corridor on this floor. The flooring is wooden as well as the frames of the windows.

The garden is the main advantage of the property. At the moment it is planted with fruit trees. There is also a meadow at the area of the yard. The outbuilding is big. At the moment it is used for breeding animals.
The condition of the property is bad. It needs an overall repair. The floorings of the rooms of the ground floor need to be changed. The ceilings of the first floor also need many repairs. The property is fully supplied with running water and electricity. The WC is outside the house.
A telephone landline has to be installed, because at the moment there is no such. The road which is leading to the property is a dirt one but there is an asphalt road only 20 m away from the house.
