The property is located in a cozy village in the municipality of Polski Trambesh, in the fertile Danubian Plain and is about 50 km from the regional center of Veliko Tarnovo and about 38 km from the town of Svishtov. The village has a good location with access to main roads and offers easy access to administrative centers.
