A well-equipped plot of land and a house for permanent residence all year round, in the center of the village, 200 meters from the store and post office, on a side street. The house is warm, with heating, 3 wood-burning stoves. Good repairs have been made, new pipes and electrical wiring have been installed, the floor is made with ceramic tiles everywhere, laminate in the bedroom.
Composition of buildings:
- a house on a high foundation of 52 sq.m, additional heating is laid under the floor, the house has a veranda, a kitchen-dining room, a bedroom, a bathroom;
- a house on the ground:
- a room with a separate entrance of 14 sq.m;
- a room with a separate entrance of 13 sq.m;
along them a canopy is made and a wall made of transparent vinyl is closed;
- a large tavern of 60 sq.m, in it a bathhouse is allocated - a steam room with a sauna, a toilet, a shower. In summer we use the tavern premises as a bedroom, it has 2 walls made of stone, so it is always cool:
- a terrace of 28 sq.m, where a summer kitchen with a gas stove is equipped,
the walls around the perimeter are made of transparent vinyl.;
- a swimming pool of 22 sq.m.
There are 4 trees on the plot: walnut, apricot, plum, cherry, pear, grapes, 33 rose bushes, 15 thujas are planted.
The house has new furniture, 2 large refrigerators, a gas stove, 2 boilers, 2 toilets, 2 showers, a deep swimming pool.
There is a separate old Bulgarian house of 16 sq.m, we use it for firewood.
There is an entrance and parking for a car.
