The house has one floor with a corridor and three rooms. There is also a basement under one of the rooms. Behind the main building is the annex which consists of a long corridor connecting two rooms and a premise for a bathroom. Further away in the yard you can find a small storage building where the previous owners used to store food for the animals, construction materials, old furniture, tools, etc.

The property has an average sized plot of land /1170 sq.m./ which is a bit overgrown at the moment and requires some cleaning. The same goes for the buildings as the property had been empty for more than a decade.

The property is located about five minutes away from the center of the village, the local shop and bar. The place has very good road access all year round. It is in close proximity to a small pine forest. The village is very quiet. A few foreigners own properties here and some of them are living all year round.
