We offer for sale a new two-storey house with a sea view in the town of Chernomorets, Burgas, Bulgaria.

Chernomorets is a small resort-type town located in a beautiful bay between the cities of Burgas (24 km) and Sozopol (9 km), which provides enough conditions for entertainment and nightlife. The city is characterized by mild and humid climate, mild winters, late spring and pleasant warm summers. A pleasant atmosphere in the city is created by numerous gardens and flowers that decorate houses, restaurants and cafes.

The house is located just 50 meters from the central sandy beach and within walking distance from the center with all the necessary infrastructure for a comfortable stay. The house consists of two residential floors, a huge basement (115 sq.m.) and an attic floor. The living area of the house is 205 sq.m.
