The villa is equipped with electric hobs, fridge, dishes and cutlery.

There is a terrace with garden furniture. Heating is provided by an electric boiler and fireplace.

House is located in the hotel complex Pinerose 4 stars, at the foot of Pirin, 700 m from the ski lift Bansko, 1.5 km from the Municipality of Bansko, 100 m from the dam Krinets, and Pirin Nature Reserve 50 m.

It has a modern spa, 2 tennis courts, a gym. The complex is guarded 24/7.
