The property is situated in a cozy village in southern Bulgaria. It is just 15 km to Stara Zagora and 98 km from the nearest international airport in the city of Plovdiv. The distance from the village to the coastal city of Burgas is about 168 km. Trakiya Highway connecting Sofia to Burgas is just about 6 km from the village.
