Massive 3-bedroom village house with extra buildings and big yard, Montana Area

The property is situated in a cozy village on the banks of Ogosta River in Northwestern Bulgaria. It is just 15 km to the nearest small town of Boychinovtsi, 30 km to Montana and 138 km to the capital Sofia and Sofia International Airport.

The house is brick-built and has a living area of 100 sq.m. distributed over a basement and one floor. It consists of three bedrooms, a corridor and bathroom. The toilet is outside in the yard. The basement covers all the space under the first floor. There is also a summer kitchen with PVC window frames. The house is in good structural condition; however the roofs need some repairs. Electricity and water are connected. The garden size is 1000 sq.m. with a few fruit trees and very fertile soil.

The village is well-organized and has about 800 inhabitants. Here you will find a town hall, community center, medical assistance as well as a few shops and bars. Regular bus transport connects the village to the bigger settlements in the region. Ogosta River offers good fishing opportunities.
