This is a nice house, located in a small mountain village, only 10 km away from the town of Ardino. The distance to one of the most famous ski resorts in Bulgaria ? Pamporovo is 75 km.
The second largest city and cultural capital of the country- Plovdiv is situated 138 km away from the village.

The property includes two storied house with total living area 140 sq. m, an outbuilding (10 sq. m), a parking lot for two cars and a nice garden vast 2000 sq. m.

Ground floor: Here you can find a large room. The walls here are made of stones. The flooring and the frames of the windows are wooden.
