The village is distinguished by its wonderful nature and clean air. Dolno Ryahovo is far from big cities, which makes it a wonderful place for a vacation. It is located near the Danube River and is surrounded by two long ridges. At both ends of the village (which is one kilometer and 400 meters long) there are acacia, linden and pine forests. In spring, the ridges are covered with blooming violets and in summer with aromatic herbs. The Danube River with its beautiful sunset is suitable for fishing. Fishermen come here all year round. The locals are engaged in beekeeping and fruit growing. Each family in the village has its own small farm where they grow fruits and vegetables for their own consumption.
