Old country house with private yard and nice views situated in the outskirts of a village 15 km away from Vratsa, Bulgaria.

The house has two floors as well as big attic space which can be converted into additional living area. The place is very solid but needs certain amount of work as it had been empty for almost two decades. All levels of the building are connected via solid internal staircase. The ground floor has a corridor and three rooms. Over the stairs is the second level which has a short corridor, three more rooms and a balcony. The staircase ends at the attic floor which is very big and spacious. The space here can be rearranged into one very big room, several smaller storage premises, a bedroom, office, etc.

The building provides nice panoramic views towards the nearby fields, a small lake located not far away and the rest of the village. The land borders a dirt road, an abandoned neighboring property and the open fields. There was also an old annex next to the house but it is in very bad condition and needs to be removed. One can use the footprint of this old structure and replace it with a new annex, garage, barn, workshop, etc.

The property is in a quiet area which is great for those who want peacefulness. Currently it is more of a project but this of course corresponds with the asking price. The house offers many premises, all of which spacious. There is electricity in the property. There was also water here in the past but currently it is switched off for safety reasons. The water connection can be restored relatively easy as this is a matter already discussed with the local water supply company.
