The property is situated in a nice village in southern Bulgaria and is 9 km from the closest town of Ivailovgrad, 100 km to Haskovo, 205 km from Plovdiv Airport, 235 km to Burgas and the Black Sea. Just about 10 km from the settlement is the Ivailovgrad Reservoir which offers great conditions for fishing and recreation. The settlements is also just 14 km to the Greek State border and about 150 km to the Aegean Sea.
