House 50 km from Varna and 40 km from Dobrich in the village of Brestak, Valchi dol municipality.

The property is on the corner of an intersection with two large sliding gates from each street.

The area of the property is 1500 sq.m. There are two adjacent residential buildings with a total area of 130 square meters and outbuildings.

One building has a furnished kitchen, a living room that is bright and spacious with a nice view of the landscaped yard, another furnished room with a large corner sofa, air conditioning, etc., and a bathroom and toilet.
