Solid 4-bedroom house in mountain village in Smolyan Area, close to ski and mineral springs

The property is situated in a beautiful mountain village in southern Bulgaria. It is just 8 km to Banite village known for its m=healing mineral springs and 40 km both to Smolyan town and Pamporovo Ski Resort. The nearest international airport is in Plovdiv city – 97 km.

The house is massive and has a living area of 150 sq.m. spread over two floors first floor is made of stone and the second is brick-built. The house has a solid slab foundation. First floor has a bathroom premise, dining room with kitchenette, one bedroom and a big stone storage room.
