This is an offer of a renovated, fully furnished and equipped property located in a peaceful village 47 km away from Stara Zagora city. The village is also 50 km away from a spa town called Pavel Bania.

The nearest airport is in Plovdiv, which is 66 km away. There is an easy access to the Trakya motorway, which provide fast access to Plovdiv, Sofia and Burgas airports.

The property consists of two floors house with area, a guest house, a summer kitchen, a big workshop, a garage and a garden of 740 sq. m.

The house

Ground floor: It consists if a corridor, an open plan kitchen with a dining room and a living room. The walls are built from bricks and stones, floors are covered with terracotta tiles, windows and doors are white PVC.

First floor: It consists of a corridor, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a terrace. Floors are covered with laminated flooring.

There is also a large attic, which can be used as additional storage. There is a central heating of a wood burner, which heats radiators on both floors. There are also air-conditions for cooling down during summer season.

Guest house

This building consist of 2 studious. The first one has a bedroom and a walk-in bathroom and the second studio has a bedroom and a bathroom with a bath.

Annex (Summer kitchen)

It includes a kitchen with a dining room, sitting room and laundry with washing machine and a wood storage room. The building is brick built, the flooring is tiled, and the windows and doors are white PVC. The area in front of the summer kitchen is tiled and contain a swimming pool.

Garden:

The garden is planted with grass. There is a nice fountain in the graveled part of the garden, and separately a BBQ area.

Others:

The access to the village and to the property is very good. There is a frequent bus service to the nearest town ? Chirpan as well as to Bratya Daskalovi, which is the municipal village.
