This attractive property is located in a small town of Chirpan. The town of Chirpan is only 6 km away from the Sofia ? Burgas motorway. The town is half way between Sofia and Burgas.

The nearest airport is Plovdiv ? 50 km away. There is also an easy access to Sofia and Burgas airports. The town offers all amenities: many food shops and super market, car rental, private health service, hospital, many pharmacies, several bars and restaurants, swimming pool, disco etc. There is also a bus service and train station, which connect Chirpan will other towns in Bulgaria.
