The property is located in a very picturesque village, which is only 26 km away from the Stara Zagora. There is a brand new hotel / vinery and spa centrer is being currently built just after this village.

The village where the house is located is about 76 km away from the town of Plovdiv (and the closest airport), 205 km from Sofia (via motorway) and 195 km away from Burgas and Black Sea (via brand new motorway).

The property consists of one storied house with total living area 110 sq. m and 1780 sq. m of land. Just across the road there is another plot of land, which adds another 800 metres to the size of the property.

Ground floor: You can find here an entrance, a corridor, a kitchen, a living room and two bedrooms. The walls of the house are made of bricks and stones, the flooring is cement and windows have wooden frames.

The house is in a need of renovation. There are some cracks on the walls. There is electricity and water are connected to the property. The road is via a dirt track, but it is accessible.
