Old rustic house in need of renovation located in a nice and quiet village, 64km. from Rousse and 15km. from the town of Kubrat.

The village is well-developed with all basic amenities for the day-to-day life ? a post office, a police station, shops and a caf? bar.

The property is set on the top of a hill overlooking the village and spreads over 2500sq.m. of land.

The house is solid brick-built with stone foundation, rendered and connected to electricity and water mains.

There is no cable Tv or Internet, but such can be easily installed.

The ground floor comprises double basement and an old bathroom which needs renovation.

Attached to the house, there is a summer kitchen which consists of one well-sized room and a storage room.

On the first floor there is a hallway and three bedrooms, one of which is turned into a kitchen ? it is supplied with water and there is a sink installed.

There is an outbuilding of 80sq.m. in the yard. In general, the house is in relatively good condition. However, it will nee some renovation to meet higher standards.
