Beautiful mountain village. Stone and brick property with a lot of character. 40 min drive to Plovdiv airport, 1h 20 min drive to the nearest ski resorts.

Location in the village:
This house is located in a very well developed and sought after village. Business people from Plovdiv and Stara Zagora as well as foreigners buy properties in this village and renovate them.

This village is very unique as about 90% of all houses are made out of beautiful stone, which gives this village unified look and character. The property is located in a quiet part of the village and there are only few neighbours nearby. The access to it is of the asphalt road, which is in a very good condition.

Construction and layout:
The property is split into two levels.
