We present to you a two storied house, located in a very calm and mountain region. The village is set 59 km away from Smolyan city and 118 km from the nearest airport in Plovdiv. The house is disposed among the lovely nature of the Rhodope Mountain.

This property includes two stored house with area 104 sq. m, a parking lot and a garden vast 428sq. m.

Ground floor: Here you will find a corridor and a large room. The walls are made of stones, the flooring is with putty and earth.

First floor: The living area is distributed between an entrance and three bedrooms. The flooring on this floor is wooden. The windows have wooden frames.

The garden is well maintained and planted with flowers, some fruit trees and trellis vines.
