One-storey house is located in the village of Vinarsko:

• 30 km from the Black Sea resort city of Burgas
• 35 km from the international airport

Total living area: 85 sq.m, garden with an area of 1650 sq.m.

It consists of: three separate rooms and spacious hall.

In the garden there are:

• additional building consisting of a room and summer kitchen

• garage

The population - 500 people. The village has a school, kindergarten, nursery, as well as serving the church. In the village there are four grocery stores and two cafes, a permanent bus transportation to all the neighboring settlements. The area offers ideal conditions for recreation, hunting and fishing, but also rich in mineral springs.

• About 98 percents of all bulgarian properties have access to running water, except some small remote bulgarian villages up in the mountains.
