Mladovo is a village in southeastern Bulgaria. It is located in the municipality of Sliven, District Sliven.
Located at an altitude of 146 meters. Climate is mild - winter is short and relatively cool summer.
The permanent population is about 600 people. Main occupation is agriculture and animal husbandry.
