This wonderful two storied house is beautifully disposed near the center of a well-developed village which stands just 24 km away from the town of Kardzhali. The town of Plovdiv is 118 km away from the village. It is considered as the cultural capital of Bulgaria, famous for its ancient history. The village also stands just 125 km away from the ski resort of Pamporovo.

The property consists of two storied house with the total area of 192 sq. m. and a garden which spreads over the area of 3254 sq. m.

Ground floor: Here are disposed a corridor and four rooms. The walls of the whole house are made of stones. The frames of the windows are wooden.

First floor: An internal wooden staircase leads to the next floor. Here you can find a corridor and four rooms. The flooring and the frames of the windows are wooden.

The garden is lovely and spacious enough to build a swimming pool or a barbecue area. At the moment it is planted with fruit trees, trellis vines and beautiful flowers. There is also a meadow and a well at the area of the yard.

The house is in basic condition. It needs refreshment and plastering of the walls and the ceilings. The electrical installation is not active at the moment. Some of the windows need new glasses. Of course, inner transformations are possible according to the client?s taste. The house is supplied with electricity and water (outside). The house is connected to a septik tank. There is no telephone landline available at the moment but it is easy to supply it with such. An asphalt road is leading to the property.

This village offers the peace and the quiet you have been longing for. There are local shops, a caf?, a health service, a post office and regular bus transport.
The area is appropriate for fishing and hunting and as the village is peaceful, it is a great opportunity to retreat from the big city and have a total rest.
