The house is on two floors.

The ground floor consists of a kitchen, big cellar which was converted and used as a shop, two additional rooms and room to put a bathroom/toilet.

An external staircase leads up to the first floor where there are three bedrooms, small balcony and a corridor.

The garden is 575 sq m. Within the land there are a shed and a barn.

There is no mains water in the village but the house has a private water source in the basement.

The house needs to be fully restored.

The area is so picturesque and peaceful with a small river and walking trails in the forest. There are a small grocery shop with a caf?/bar in the village. There is also a bus service which connects the village with the nearest towns.
