We are pleased to offer you this solid 120 square meters house in central Bulgaria. The plot is 2000 sq.m.

House in traditional bulgarian style.

First floor - Big BBQ and covert by shed place with table and chairs for the summer season . From there you enter one very big living area - 60 sq.m. The floor is covert with granite , big dining area , big table for 10 persons. The other corner there is comfortable leather furniture. In that living area is put one big barplot with kitchen tools and devices. WC on the floor ,too. All that erea is heated by big air conditioner. When you go out of living area , next to the BBQ are the wooden stairs leading to the second floor.

Second floor - big corridor all covert with wood, two bedrooms with one fireplace ( DJAMAL) This fireplace is unique for all the old houses which are preserved by now . The body of the fireplace is installed on the wall which devide the two rooms , but practically it's in the two rooms in the same time , so this device heated the both rooms. There is a cabinet ( or third bedroom). And Toilet with WC.

As we already sad for the summer there is big veranda ( Big shed ) with BBQ. The land is 2000 well arranged with small men-made lake.

The village is very private from the surrounding villages , but just 8 km from Baniska and 25 km from Byala-municipality center.

The village offers all utilities needed for the every-day life, such as good-food shops, post office, restaurants, bus services, etc.
