The rustic house in need of renovation set in a beautiful village next to the main road Sofia ? Varna, 80km. from Rousse and 60km from Veliko Tarnovo. The property is close to forests, hills, and two beautiful lakes. The village provides a nice relaxing atmosphere to its residents and offers a mineral spring with 43 degrees Celsius temperature of the spring water. The public transport is very easy and comfortable to use between the village and Ruse and Veliko Tarnovo.
