Rural house for Sale located in a picturesque village 60 km away from the city of Ruse.

The house is brick built and has 2 floors. It has a living area of 100 sq.m. and consists 2 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, 2 kitchens, a bathroom and a toilet. There is electricity and water supply and phone line. The house is in a good condition.

The garden is 1200 sq.m. on a size. There is a garage, a summer kitchen, a farm building and a barbecue area. There is a splendid lake in the village. There is fishing and hunting areas. The place will charm you with its amazing nature, fresh air and tranquility.

The village has about 500 inhabitants. There is a shop, a cafe bar, a medical centre, a church and a bus stop. There is asphalt road and all year easy access.

There are 2 options for payment by installments:

1. if paying it off for 6 months:
- first payment 30 percents from the total price (including legal costs and commissionon): 4200 Euro
- second to sixth installments: 1960 Euro each

2. if paying off within 12 months, the price goes up by 10 percents or 15400 Euro total. In this case the payments go like this:
- first payment 30 percents from the total price (including legal costs and commissionon): 4620 Euro
- second to eleventh installments: 980 Euro each
