The house was built in 2001-2003 year of traditional building materials in Bulgaria and in the traditional way of construction, namely supporting columns of concrete and iron walls of brick. Exterior bricks are plastered with lime mortar, then placed in thermal insulation, and it is placed on the plaster and paint.
