This house is disposed in a large village, which is located close to Pamporovo ski resort (37 km. away) and it is just 18 km away from the town of Smolyan. The nearest airport /Plovdiv/ is set at the distance of 110 km.

The property includes three storied house with area of 300 sq. m., a parking lot and a garden vast 2100 sq. m.

Ground floor: It briefly comprises of a corridor, two rooms and a cellar. The walls of the house are made of stones. The flooring is cement and the frames of the windows are wooden.

First floor: External staircase leads to it. The rooms here are three and they are connected by a corridor. There is also an annex (52 sq. m) - here you can find a bathroom and storage. The walls are made of stones, the flooring is wooden and the windows have wooden frames.

Second floor: Here the living area is distributed between a corridor and four rooms. There is also a big balcony on this floor. It is a nice place for admiring the beautiful surrounding area.

The garden is planted with lots of flowers, fruit trees and vegetables. There is also a well for easy irrigation.

The house is in good condition. It needs refreshment of the plasters and the woodworks, as well as renovation of the bathroom. There is electricity and water /inside and outside the dwelling/ and connection to a septic tank. The road to the property is accessible during the year.

The village itself is well developed. There are shops, a caf? and a health service. The surroundings are very beautiful, the nature is quite picturesque and it is appropriate for outdoor activities, walks, fishing and hunting as well.
