This house is disposed in a large village, which is located close to Pamporovo ski resort (37 km. away) and it is just 18 km away from the town of Smolyan. The nearest airport /Plovdiv/ is set at the distance of 110 km.

The property includes three storied house with area of 300 sq. m., a parking lot and a garden vast 2100 sq. m.
