Our new offer is for a two storied house, located in in the Rhodope Mountains in the highest in the Balkans village of 1, 500 meters above sea level - perfect for a villa, 17 km from Pamporovo and it is 44 km away from the town of Smolyan. The town of Plovdiv is 71 km away from the village. It is the second largest city in Bulgaria, famous for its cultural traditions and ancient history.

The property includes a two-storey house with accommodation of 85 sq.m., an outbuilding ( 25 sq. m), a parking lot and a garden vast 450 sq.m.

Ground floor: Here are disposed an entrance, a living room with a fireplace and a kitchen. The walls are made of stones, the flooring and the frames of the windows are wooden.
