This small house is set in a lovely village just in the foothills of Central Stara Planina mountain range. It was built in the late 80?s and was never lived in since.

The village itself is well maintained and is near a 13th century monastery and a beautiful natural waterfall. Next to the monastery there is a small development with playground, Caravan Park and a restaurant.

On the ground level of the house there are two rooms which could be kitchen and living room. An internal staircase leads to the upper floor where there are two bedrooms and room to fit shower room/toilet.

The house needs finishing works. It is south facing and the view towards the mountains is just amazing.
