We present to you a two storied house, located in a very nice and quiet area, in one of the most beautiful mountains in Bulgaria ? Rhodope Mountains. It also stands at the distance of 61 km away from the town of Smolyan. The second largest city and cultural capital of the country- Plovdiv is located 83 km away from the village. One of the most famous winter ski resorts- Pamporovo is 60 km away.

The property in short consists of two storied house with total living area 144 sq. m, an outbuilding, a parking lot and a garden vast 800 sq. m.

Ground floor: There is a corridor and three rooms. The walls here are made of stones, the flooring and the frames of the windows are wooden.
First floor: An internal wooden staircase leads to the next floor. Here you can find an entrance and four rooms. The walls are made of stones again, and the flooring and the frames of the windows are wooden.

The garden is middle sized. It is planted with fruit trees and beautiful flowers at the moment.
