We offer six houses located in an area of 3500 sq.m. fully fenced in and planted, landscape in a closed complex - five minutes from Sandanski.
Scenic panoramic view to Pirin Belasitsa and Maleshevska mountains.

Three of the cottages have no furniture, but finished walls and floors, installed electrical plugs etc.
Their area is 140 square meters on two floors and a price of 1000 euro per square meters.

The other three houses are priced at 1100 euros per square meter, but they are fully completed and furnished.
Two of them have living area of  136 square meters and one has 164 square meters.

Only quality materials had been used - Greek bricks, Euromix plaster, external insulation with fibrates.
