The property is located in the center of Dve Mogili town, but on a quiet, away from the passing cars road.
The house itself is on a corner of two streets. It was inhabited not long time ago which can be seen from many left personal belongings there.
The yard is about 1000 sq m, very-well maintained. There are vines, cherry-tree and different outbuildings.
On the ground floor there is a corridor from which few spacious premises are accessed. They are used at present for storage, basements and work-shops. They can be converted into living-space because they have windows and enough height.
