It is pleasure for us to offer to your attention this rural property, located in a small village, 14 km away from the town of Ardino. The village is also at the distance of 130 km from the nearest airport - Plovdiv.

The property includes two storied house with accommodation of 120 sq. m., a parking lot and a garden vast 550 sq. m.

Ground floor: It briefly comprises of a corridor, three rooms and a closet. The walls of the house are made of stones. The flooring is wooden, and the windows' frames are wooden.

First floor: An external staircase leads to this floor. Here are disposed a corridor and four bedrooms. The flooring and the frames of the windows are wooden.

The garden is currently planted with fruit trees. The property is in basic condition and needs renovation of part of the plasters and refreshment of the woodworks.
