This charming property is situated in a very picturesque village 12 km away from Pavlikeni, 36 km away from the beautiful town of Veliko Tarnovo.

The house is brick built and has 2 floors. The first floor consists of a bedroom, a living room, a kitchen, a corridor and a small closet under the stairs. The second floor consists of 3 bedrooms, an entrance hall and a terrace with stunning views over the yard and the surroundings. The property is finished with terracotta ant laminate floorings; all walls are plastered and painted; most of the furniture is new. The house was partially renovated and is in a good condition.

The garden is 2000 sq.m. on a size. There is a barbecue area and farm buildings. There is a summer kitchen. There is a parking lot. At the moment there are trellis-wines, flowers, fruit trees and vegetables.
