Lovely rural property situated in a calm village, 20 km south from Svishtov and the Danube River, 80 km away from the beautiful town of Veliko Tarnovo.

The house is brick built and has 2 floors. There is a room (3 x 4m), a corridor (4 x 2.5m), a big cellar (3 x 4m) and a bathroom (2 x 2.5m), on the ground floor. The first floor is bigger than the ground floor and it is divided into two parts with separate entrances. The left part consists of two rooms (both 3x4m) and a large corridor (6 x 2.5m).
