Brick built house with 1500 sq.m. garden situated in the end of a calm village, 10 km away from Pavlikeni, 48 km away from the beautiful town of Veliko Tarnovo.

The house is massive and has 2 floors. The first floor is covered with solid wooden parquet and consists of three rooms (3m x 3.5m; 3.6m x 3.8m and 4m x 3.3m), a corridor and a cellar. The second floor has solid wooden flooring and consists of three bedrooms (3.5m x 3.7m; 4m x 3.6m and 3.3m x 3.4m) and a corridor. There is an option for adding internal bathrooms on both floors. There is electricity and water supply. The property is in very good condition and it is situated in the centre of the village.

The village is very charming. There is a beautiful dam lake with fishing area nearby. The village is small, with population of about 400 people.
