Cosy rural house located in a calm village 12 km away from the town of Pavlikeni, 36 km away from Veliko Tarnovo. The house is brick built and has 2 floors. The first floor consists of a kitchen, a living room and a corridor. The second floor consists of two bedrooms, a corridor and a veranda. Attached to house is the summer kitchen which consists of a kitchen and a bathroom. There is electricity and water supply. The house is in a good condition.

The garden is 1500 sq.m. on a size. There are additional brick built farm buildings, currently used for agricultural purposes, but they could be easily transformed into additional living area or a barbecue area. There is a drive-way, leading to covered parking lot.

The village is suitable for all year living. There is a river and a dam lake with fishing areas nearby. The village offers all basic facilities needed for the every day life such as food shops, a post office, local pubs, bus services, medical care, etc.

The distance to the international airport and the sandy beaches of the Black Sea is 230 km.
