Sunny brick built house situated in a calm village at the foot of the Balkan Mountains, 20 km away from the town of Sevlievo and 40 km from town of Gabrovo.
The house has 2 floors. The first floor comprises of a kitchen, a bedroom, and a big cellar. The second floor consists of three good-sized bedrooms, and a corridor. The house is facing south, which is an advantage especially during the winter days. As it is at the outskirts of the village, the property offers spectacular views towards the surrounding hills.
