Sunny brick built house situated in a calm village at the foot of the Balkan Mountains, 20 km away from the town of Sevlievo and 40 km from town of Gabrovo.

The house has 2 floors. The first floor comprises of a kitchen, a bedroom, and a big cellar. The second floor consists of three good-sized bedrooms, and a corridor. The house is facing south, which is an advantage especially during the winter days. As it is at the outskirts of the village, the property offers spectacular views towards the surrounding hills. There is electricity and water supply. The house is in a good condition.

The garden is 1000 sq.m. on a size. There are farm buildings which can be turned into a garage, barbecue area or even a guest house. The house is accessible through all seasons via an asphalt paved road in good condition.

The village is a small and peaceful, located in a triangle between the towns of Sevlievo, Pavlikeni and Veliko Tarnovo. There is a river and a dam lake nearby. Regular transportation to the surrounding towns and villages is also available.
