Cosy rural house situated in the end of a beautiful village located on 5 km from the riverside town of Nikopol and Danube River, 33 km away from the town of Pleven.

The house is brick built and has 2 floors. It has a living area of 100 sq.m. There is a living room, a kitchen and a wet room on the ground floor. The first floor consists of 2 bedrooms, a premise for installing of a bathroom and a corridor. There are 2 more rooms on the other side of the house, which could be connected with the house and used as spare bedrooms, game rooms or anything else. There is electricity and water supply. The house is in a good condition.

The garden is 900 sq. m. on a size. There are farm buildings, fruit trees and a vineyard. The size of the plot allows adding a swimming pool too. There is a driveway with parking area in the garden.

The village has several shops, local pub, petrol/gas station and regular buses to the town of Nikopol and the surrounding villages. The nearest airport in the capital of Sofia is located 165 km away; another airport that could be used is in Bucharest (Romania), which is less than 150 km away using the ferryboat from Nikopol to the Romanian town of Turnu Magulere.
