The site has 24hr on-site security and is car free with secure parking to the edges of the site. There is a shop on the complex selling basic commodities.

It rents out for about 400 GBP per week in the summer.

There is external furniture and sun loungers supplied for both the balcony and terrace areas. There is a large lockable storage cupboard upstairs. The property has a security system fitted.

There is a bus service from the complex in conjunction with other nearby complexes, which runs regularly to Sunny Beach and Nessebar. There is also a local regular bus service to Sunny Beach which stops directly outside the complex. Taxis are available from the complex to the surrounding area/attractions.

Less than 15 mins away: About a 10 minute walk from the villa is Hunter's Lodge, a traditional Buglarian Restaurant. Here you can enjoy local cuisine at very reasonable rates. On certain evenings during the season, you can enjoy for free a traditional Bulgarian Wedding, dancing, music and the famous 'walking on hot coals' ceremony. A further 10 minute walk up the road is another inexpensive excellent local restaurant (5 mins bus ride).

The actual village of Kosharitsa is some 2km inland from the complex which is famous for its stories of buried treasure, indeed the mayor himself is a dedicated treasure seaker. The village has several shops, a bar and restaurant.

The Sunny Beach area boasts golden sands stretching from St Vlas to Nessebar some 8km in length. The combination of forests, sandy beaches and sea provide a stunning backdrop for your Bulgarian holiday. Sunny Beach has bars, restaurants, casinos and nightclubs to suit all tastes. Shops within the centre are open until late in the evening.

From May through to September there are approximately 1700 hours of sunshine, during which the average daily temperature is 27C

Nessebar is a stunning cobbled town which is over 2500 years old and is one of the oldest town in Europe. There you will find a tranquil atmosphere that surrounds the fantastic harbour fish restaurants, cafes and galleries. The town also features Thracian ruins and remains of over 40 churches.

Sunny Beach also offers every conceivable opportunity for sporting activities including banana boats, water skiing, surfing, sailing, pedal boats, cutters, rowing boats and on land beach volley ball, playgrounds, mini golf, 10 pin bowling, horse riding, go karting, scooters, parachuting, hang-gliding and if all else fails, shopping.

There are also two aquaparks, the first being approximately 5 minutes from the villa and the second 15 minutes, both on the road to Burgas.

There are charter flights direct to Varna and Burgas between May and October, from numerous UK airports. From Burgas the nearest airport, taxis can taken to the villa at a cost of approximately 40 Euro each way, transfer time, around 30 minutes. Transfers from Varna Airport are around 90 minutes.

Day trips can also be made from Sunny Beach to Sozopol (really worth a visit, with its quaint old town and fantastic beaches), Pomorie, Varna and even Turkey.
