Village house in very good condition with nice garden area.

The house is spacious with 5 bedrooms, two living rooms, two kitchens, bathroom, toilet, basement and storage room. It needs updating as repainting and change of tiles in the bathroom and toilet but is in pretty good condition and can be used right away.

There are namy additional premises in the garden - washroom, bakery and nice brick barn that can be converted into a guest house or tavern. The garden is surrounded by stone and brick fence with big wooden gate.

The village is famous for the cool climate during the summer and it is very well organized - there are many shops, restaurants, cafes, post, bank, etc. It is on the road to the SPA area of Kostenets and future BELMEKEN-KOSTENETS ski project. Road net and infrastructure are under construction already.
